Product Status Definitions

Product pages and cards may combine one inventory status, one fulfillment status, and one purchase requirement.

Inventory Status

In Stock
Product may be available for direct purchase after final pricing and fulfillment details are confirmed.
Low Stock
Quantity may be limited and should be confirmed before approval.
Available for Order
Product can be requested, but availability may need confirmation.
Special Order
Management or supplier approval may be required before ordering.
Temporarily Unavailable
The product cannot be approved until availability changes.
Out of Stock
The product is not available for direct checkout.
Discontinued
The product may no longer be orderable.

Fulfillment Status

Pickup Available
Pickup may be available after Bangers sends confirmation.
Pickup Confirmation Required
Do not travel until pickup details are confirmed.
Shipping Available
Shipping may be available after final address, cost, and restrictions are reviewed.
Shipping Quote Required
Shipping cost must be approved before payment processing.
Freight Shipping Required
Large or heavy products may require freight review.
Pickup Only
The product may not be eligible for shipping.
Shipping Unavailable
Shipping is not currently offered for that item.

Direct Checkout Available
The item may be eligible for cart purchase, subject to final order approval.
Fitment Required
Vehicle or product compatibility must be reviewed before approval.

How Orders Are Approved

Direct Checkout

Direct checkout can start an order for eligible products, but final tax, pickup, shipping, availability, and approval details may still be confirmed before fulfillment.

Fitment Required

Fitment-sensitive products require accurate year, make, model, trim, size, product number, measurements, and modification details before approval.

Quote Required

Quote-required products need pricing, freight, shipping, quantity, special-order, or product details reviewed before payment processing.

Special Orders

Special orders may require deposits, supplier confirmation, lead-time review, substitution approval, and return-limit acknowledgement.

Pickup

Pickup confirmation must be sent before arrival. Authorized pickup names, timing, and hold periods may require management approval.

Shipping & Freight

Shipping address, freight needs, restricted chemicals, oversized products, tax, and final totals must be reviewed before approval.

Window Tint Installation Is Separate

Purchasing tint film, pre-cut tint, tools, or tint supplies does not automatically reserve an installation appointment. Window tint installation is handled through the tint appointment request process and requires installer availability confirmation.

Can I come to the warehouse after ordering?

No. Do not travel to the Bangers Auto Sport warehouse until a pickup confirmation is sent.

Does In Stock mean my order is fully approved?

No. In Stock may allow direct purchase, but final pricing, taxes, pickup, shipping, and special requirements can still need confirmation.

Why do wheels, tires, and accessories require fitment?

Vehicle details, modifications, bolt pattern, hub bore, sizing, hardware, brake clearance, and product specs can affect compatibility.

Can special orders be returned?

Special-order, custom, vehicle-specific, opened, used, installed, altered, or approved products may have return limits or may be non-returnable.

Does buying tint include installation?

No. Tint installation is handled separately by appointment and installer availability must be confirmed.
